Conscious V’s Unconscious?

This is a marvelous question and one that deserves an answer.

The best way to start is to describe the difference between the two, if you remember back to your driving lessons, your very first few lessons, how much information you had to take on board and how overwhelming it was for you, information overload!!!

Now how easy it is to jump into your car and drive whilst talking, adjusting your heating, turning your wipers on and tuning your radio, do you even have to think about it? or is it automatic, this is your unconscious mind, this is where your power lives.

You see your unconscious mind can pay attention to everything, as you listen to The Fear Master your conscious mind is trying to find the logic and the learnings by listening to my words, your unconscious mind is listening to how I am saying them and absorbing the positive suggestions, integrating at the deeper unconscious level.
