Confront your fears

People who confront their fears and phobias will be able to move on in their lives and perhaps deal with other issues that may have been connected to their fears such as over-eating, failure in romance and smoking.

Fear is very debilitating and by looking at memories and experiences we can find the situation and behaviour that triggered the response and unlearn that behaviour. A key part of what I do, and something that been with me through my life, is to use humour and laughter to put fear in its place where it is no longer in command.
